You don't need a finished plan, or even to know what the thing you're after is called. It's enough to describe where you are now.
If after our conversation we think you don't need us, or that you need less than what you came for, we'll tell you. That's cheaper for both of us than a project that starts for the wrong reason.

What happens after you send it
Reply
We reply by email within one working day, on Central European Time. If you write at the weekend, we'll get back to you on the next working day.
Call
A short call so we understand the scope: where you are now, who you're talking to and what needs to be done. It isn't a sales pitch.
Proposal
After the call we send a written proposal with the scope, timeline and price. Nothing starts until we've agreed it.
What we need to get started
- What do you do, and who do you sell to?
- What do you already have: a logo, a website, materials?
- What do you want to be different three months from now?
- Is there a deadline already set?

If it's quicker for you, message us on WhatsApp or send an email. We work in English and Croatian.
We don't have an office for visits at the moment. Meetings are arranged in advance, in person or online, whichever suits you. We work remotely whenever the job allows it, and when we need to be on site, for a shoot, printing or a handover, we arrange that too.
